Refund Policy

At The Indo Edit, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully selected with attention to quality and detail. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Germany and the European Union.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Your name and contact details

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original packaging and tags must be included

  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as The Indo Edit cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Handmade Nature of Products

Many of our products are handcrafted using traditional techniques such as hand block printing and Chikankari embroidery. Slight variations in color, print, embroidery, and texture are part of the uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
