Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, festive seasons, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

As many of our pieces are handmade and artisan-crafted, slight delays may occasionally occur, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Shipping

We currently ship across Europe and selected international locations worldwide.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location:

• Europe: 4–8 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs & Duties

Handmade Nature

Each product is handcrafted using traditional techniques such as hand block printing and Chikankari embroidery. Slight variations in print, color, and texture are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade craftsmanship and should not be considered defects.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays caused by customs, courier services, weather, or peak shipping periods may be beyond our control.
